The Irish Council for Civil Liberties (ICCL) is both an unincorporated association made up of members, and a non-profit making company that employs staff and runs campaigns.

The Irish Civil Liberties Trust (ICLT) is a registered charity and raises funds that can be made available to support the ICCL’s human rights education and awareness-raising work.
